NWA-TNA Weekly PPV #28 (January 15, 2002)
Recap of the issues between Jarrett and SEX.
As promised last week, we start with the sitdown interview with Tenay and Russo. He starts by asking what Russo's roles are as a wrestling TV writer, for the uninformed watching. Russo says his role is to make sure there are as many people watching as possible and by any extremes necessary, do whatever possible to put people in front of the TV to watch the show. He says everything is ratings in this business, or in their case, PPV buys
Tenay follows up asking how much the writer affects the success of a TV show. He says they have a big influence, because if someone like Tenay were writing, we'd have a 2-hour wrestling match no one would watch, the show would fail, it wouldn't be on the air. He says that there is a lace for wrestling, this "sport" as Tenay put it is built on it, but it needs to change and evolve, and sooner or later Tenay will understand that.
Tenay asks if he feels any responsibility for the demise of WCW. Russo says he was writing there for nine months, and even though it was around for many years, Tenay is stupid enough to believe he managed to do that in just nine months. He says that maybe it deserved to go under. Tenay thinks it was salvageable, listing Goldberg, the cruiserweights and Nash as great talents. Russo points out he was brought in because the product was in the shitter, so they brought in the most successful writer in the history of the business.
Tenay starts going into specifics, starting with the cruiserweights, naming Eddie, Rey among others, and asks why Russo would build it around Evan Karagias, Ed Ferrara, and Medusa. Way to just bury Evan there, Mike. Russo says its because people want entertainment, says people can go to Japan or Mexico if they want lucha libre, and there are very few people entertained by guys jumping around a ring for 40 minutes. Tenay might be entertained, but he doesn't mean shit.
Tenay asks what the point of tarnishing the image and history of the World Title by making Arquette the World Champion. Russo calls the title a prop and admits that it was a publicity stunt, and the next day he opened USA Today, and there was a picture of Arquette pinning Bischoff, pointing out they wouldn't have gotten that coverage if DDP had won it that night. Tenay says Russo sold his soul for one day's mention and Russo is proud of that. Tenay fires back asking why Nitro dropped to its lowest rating the following week, or why Raw had almost three times its viewers, 7.4 to 2.4. Russo claims he's full of shit because he doesn't have the numbers right there in front of him
Tenay decides to bring things up to date and Russo couldn't be happier, says no one was watching this show until SEX came in the back door. Tenay brings up Jarrett's World Title win back in November, his promo the week before about what the title meant to him, and Russo ruined it by interfering, all the while Russo keeps yelling "Who cares?" Russo claims he's packed the building since then, that people are screaming his name and chanting for SEX, says they don't care about Jarrett's tradition. He says if he leaves the business in the hands of people like Tenay there won't be a TNA.
Tenay gives him a chance to lay out his vision and sell him on SEX. Russo says he has a heart and soul and has two boys sitting at home, and his vision is for them to make a living in the business, but it needs to be around for that to happen, but if it continues to go the way Tenay and the jackasses of NWA, and wherever the hell Vince and WWF is going, there won't be a wrestling business even one year from now. He says when its all said and done Tenay will be thanking him and kissing his big ass. I actually didn't hate this interview, Tenay and Russo surprisingly work well off of each other.
Welcomed to the show by Tenay now back in the Asylum, joined by Don West. Tonight, Triple X take on Jarrett and the Road Warrior, plus we expect to hear from the American Dream.
Tenay is about to make some kind of announcement about Amazing Red, but he's interrupted by SEX. He's brought a small platform with him labelled "soap box" just for Tenay. He says this is between him and Jarrett, but everyone else, Tenay, Dusty, the Road Warrior and the fans want to get involved and he's all for it. Some guy yells "You're terrible!" They aren't the NWO or street thugs, they're here to educate the morons. It's time to make his plea and knows there are lots who believe in him around the world, they believe in SEX, and before this gets more out of hand, he tells everyone to join them or forever hold your peace.
Out comes Percy Pringle and he's finally ready to talk. He says he's the only one in the building who really knows the real Vince Russo, he's known him longer than anyone there or probably anyone in the business. He remembers when Russo stood at the back door of the new Raven Coliseum with his recorder looking for interviews and begging for a job. He says Russo snaked his way in and got on the big payroll, and though they were never enemies, they were never friends either. He does remember one night where Russo brought in a bunch of freaks and geeks, midgets and giants, and called it sports entertainment, but he shouldn't be one to talk, he's been part of some of the best entertainment the business has ever seen. He admits Russo might be right, that wrestling as he knows it might very well be dead and buried in the grave and he wants part of SEX.
Russo says the way he sees it, Percy is no different than Jarrett or from Taker, guys he made, created and kicked him in the ass on the way out of the door. He's heard the stories of Percy cutting promos and talking behind his back, calling Percy a fat piece of shit. SEX proceeds to attack Percy and Russo mocks him before they smash the soap box over his head. Percy's been busted wide open.
Of all people, Jorge Estrada comes out to try and make the save but he's easily outnumbered. A table is set up, and Jorge is put through it with a triple powerbomb from the middle rope. Percy is pouring buckets on the steps right now. Finally Jarrett comes out with security and a chair and SEX go running off.
Back to commentary, where Tenay tells us Amazing Red is stuck in Japan, so won't be challenging for the X Division Title tonight. Jorge was supposed to take his place but doesn't look like he'll be able to wrestle later. Still to come though, AMW face Divine Storm, Jarrett and the Road Warriors take on Triple X, plus an appearance from the American Dream and more.
NWA World Tag Team Championships: Divine Storm (w/ Trinity) vs America's Most Wanted (c)
Pre-Match: We're reminded that Divine Storm do have a victory over AMW a few weeks back.
Challengers attack from behind mid-entrance to start this match, taking AMW to the corners, Storm nailing on in the head with a kick. Harris delivers a clothesline to the back of the head of one of them, then sends them off the rope and back drops him out onto his own partner. Storm with a crossbody takes out the challengers on the floor. Back in the ring, Harris in the corner takes control with vicious stomps, then Storm tags in, up top with a dropkick, then Harris catapults Quiet into the corner. Divine knocked off the apron and a double clothesline to Quiet for two.
Storm sent off the ropes, tripped up by Trinity and taken down with a forearm. Divine in with rights and a snap suplex, floats over for two. Storm sent off the ropes into a spinning back elbow for two. Quiet back in with clubs to the back, then Storm tossed to the floor. Trinity off the apron with a hurricanrana as Quiet distracts the ref. Divine and Harris fight and Divine is sent face first off the steps, then he scares off Trinity. Quiet with a tornado DDT for two. Snapmare before Quiet goes up top and misses a senton.
Harris gets the hot tag and in comes Divine. Rights by Harris and clothesline, then a back suplex. Popup into a powerslam by Harris for two. Storm sets up for the Death Sentence but Trinity slides in with a low blow allowing a rollup for her team but it only gets two. Storm is tossed out to the floor, then a somersault off the top by one of the challengers. The other connects with a front flip onto AMW. Trinity off the top with a moonsault onto three of them.
Back in the ring, Quiet takes Storm up top with a cutter for two. Storm sent to the corner, back drops one out to the floor, and drops the other onto the turnbuckle. Death Sentence to retain. (7:08) It was a fine match. Nothing special. The crowd continue to not care about Divine Storm and only about Trinity.
Hype package for AJ Styles.
Styles comes out and gets a mic. He says he's not with Plumtree anymore, and he's not with Russo's SEX either, he's his own man and does what he wants, when he wants, wherever he wants to do it, and he wants to be NWA Champion. Truth comes out now and says AJ is out of his mind, still wet behind the ears and his breath smells like Similac. He's the former champion and says AJ doesn't get a shot until he does, and until he gets past the suntan Superman.
AJ Styles vs Ron "the Truth" Killings
Truth ducks a cheap shot and gets his shots in, sent off the ropes, blocks a hip toss and hits a few of his own, followed by a dropkick sending AJ out to the floor. AJ slides in as Truth goes to the apron, sunset flip gets a two. AJ sent off the ropes, Truth tries to leapfrog but AJ has it scouted and drops to his back with boots to the gut. Headscissor from the mat by AJ and a kick to the back. Truth sent off the ropes into a dropkick for two.
AJ with more shots, then Truth fights back, sent off the ropes and hits an STO for two. Spinning kick by AJ for two, into a rear chinlock. Truth fights out only to be yanked to the mat by the hair. Scoop slam and a senton by AJ, followed by a stalling suplex, taking his time to cover for two. Truth tries to fight back until AJ rakes the eyes into the corner, followed by some boots, kicks and chops. Truth sent across the ring and hit with a clothesline. Truth off the ropes, avoids a dropkick into La Magistral for two.
Truth nearly dropped on his head with an inside out clothesline. as AJ applies an Indian deathlock. Truth breaks his grip and gets to his feet, delivering a headbutt to the groin for two. AJ sent to the corner, gets a boot up, misses a discus clothesline and Truth with a Blue Thunder Bomb, though AJ lands himself on Truth on the way down. Truth with rights drop AJ, then off the ropes with a spinning forearm gets a two.
Truth up top only to be cut off, AJ trying a superplex, but Truth counters with a gordbuster instead from the top. Now Plumtree is here as Truth makes the cover. Ref is distracted as David Flair comes in and nails Truth with the burlap sack. AJ is rolled on top for the win. (8:51) AJ winning makes the most sense here, and good action, albeit a little bit slow to what we're used to. David continues to be completely uninteresting though.
Goldy is backstage with Jarrett and LOD. Talking to AJ, Jarrett says he's worked many years just for an opportunity to get in the ring with World Champions, had many reigns in WWF, WCW and now here in NWA, which has been around for more than 50 years. He likes at AJ like a punk, someone who's dominated the X Division, made his mark and an exceptional talent, but a long way from becoming a World Champion. He tells AJ to get in line because everyone wants a shot.
Now onto Russo and Triple X. He couldn't be happier than to have NWA legends by his side. Animal says they have Jarrett's back any time he wants and says AJ's jumped into the four corners of doom. He calls AJ a chicken, a punk and still a baby, and there are more titles collectively among the three of them than any other trio in the history of pro wrestling. He calls Russo and SEX cute, says they don't mess around and Triple X is going down. Hawk says SEX is done and they don't care if Russo doesn't like it,
Back to ringside and AJ is still there, he gets a mic and brags about beating Truth, and since Tenay has stroke he wants him to get him a title shot. Tenay tries to tell him to talk to Bullet but he's having none of it, and says he won't leave until he gets one. So AJ takes a seat in the ring and suggests everyone wrestle around him if they have to.
Now of all people we have Larry Zbyszko out with a mic and he says something commentary talk over. He says he's proud to be here because NWA stands for tradition, but he sees guys like Styles who need a reminder of what tradition is about. As the old saying goes, the biggest fool of all is a man that fools himself, case in point being AJ Styles. He says after 15 minutes of listening to Russo, he wants to cut his wrists, then sees talent like AJ, nothing but a brainwashed amoeba following in the footsteps of a cancerous cell. He calls Russo a miscommunication of DNA, a cancerous cell that destroys everything he comes in contact with.
AJ tries to pipe up but Larry immediately shuts him up. He says if AJ sells his soul to Russo - even if AJ denies it he can't fool Larry, Tenay or tradition - AJ will never make the grade, the soul is all he's got, it becomes your image, and without it he won't survive in pro wrestling. He says he has an image he's fought for for 29 years, he's had it stolen, had people lie about him but he's survived, and when he looks in the mirror in the morning he sees the Living Legend and no one can take that away. He says AJ has to make up his mind where he'll crawl, if he's going to be a man or sell his soul to a scumbag like Russo.
AJ tries to speak again and again Larry shuts him up. He tells AJ to leave and search his soul, realize it's something to hold onto. He says that even though Russo says there's an old and new school it's a lie, there's only one, the school of hard knocks, and if AJ doesn't go through it he'll never be an anybody. AJ finally speaks and suggests getting in the ring with the Living Legend and they'll see he deserves a shot. Larry is about to insult AJ again but gets slapped before he can get it all out.
Well Larry starts to take off his suit and is ready to go at it but security and officials quickly rush out to separate them. Man that was great, I don't know how well Larry can go at this point but I want to see this match just from that promo alone.
Recap of the issues with Goldy, Desire and Athena.
Desire (w/ NWA X Division Champion Sonny Siaki) vs April Hunter
Pre-Match: April you'll remember last appeared as a challenger for Bruce's Miss TNA crown in a losing effort in a decent enough match from what I remember. Desire was trained by Dusty and has had some matches before, so this can't be too awful, I hope. The size difference though says April should easily win this.
Desire gets the jump on her, tossing her out to the floor after a few kicks. Athena comes over for some reason to help her up. Chops by Desire, then some by April, April sent off the ropes, catches her with a headscissor, then a clothesline. Desire sent off the ropes into a sidewalk slam for two. April sent toward the corner, tries to float over but Desire stops short and... well tries a dropkick to the back but it doesn't look very good. More kicks by Desire, then sent to the corner, gets a foot up and hits an enziguri for two.
April counters an Irish whip with a back elbow, then a clothesline and a snap suplex, float over for two. Scoop slam by April who goes up top only to be crotched by Siaki. Desire tries to hop onto the middle rope from the mat but slips, climbing up instead. Hurricanrana from the top gets Desire the win. (2:59) It was... OK? Desire isn't all that great. She took moves fine, and April was good, but Desire barely ran the ropes and was sloppy most of the match.
Desire attacks after the match and in comes Athena to join in. Siaki tosses April out of the ring as she tries to get involved. Desire boots Athena in the face before ripping her top off, then trying desperately to depants her, but she cannot get them off for the life of her. This looks so fucking awkward. She just gives up and her and Siaki leave.
Goldy is outside as a car arrives, inside is... Mr. Wrestling IV. He says nothing and goes inside.
Recap of last week where Mike Sanders debuted and joined SEX.
Out comes Sanders, no longer "Above Average". He's here for one reason and that's to support everything Russo stands for, because there would be no Mike Sanders without Russo. His job is acquisitions, he'll be scouting the hottest talent and biggest superstars in the business. He claims Russo has no problem with tradition, it's the so-called legends in the back, with philosophy. He says evolution is the solution, and someone is going to be SOL.
Out comes Jerry Lynn. He agrees with Zybyszko and the only difference between him and Sanders is the latter gets his work done by talking, while Lynn does his talking in the ring and calls him a bitch.
Jerry Lynn vs Mike Sanders
Lynn takes control in the corner immediately with rights until he's sent across the ring, gets a boot up and hits a bulldog from the middle rope for two. Sanders with a knee to the gut only to be tossed out to the floor. Lynn with a baseball slide sends Sanders into the guard rail before he's mounted with right hands. Sanders face first off the guard rail before returning to the ring. Sanders gets leg dropped through the ropes, slingshot splash by Lynn for two.
Sanders in the corner for corner punches, until Don Harris appears for a distraction, allowing Sanders to drop him throat first on the top rope. Single-leg dropkick by Sanders gets two. Lynn choked over the middle rope, then sent off the ropes, counters a knee with a rollup for two. Sunset flip by Lynn for two again. Lynn counters an Irish whip, but he's countered with a pumphandle suplex by Sander for two.
Lynn fighting back but he's caught with a snapmare, then a kick to the chest and a knee drop for two. Rear chinlock by Sanders. Lynn fights out, off the ropes, then Sanders off the ropes, avoids a scoop slam and pulls him down by the hair. Sanders misses a springboard moonsault. Exchange of blows and Lynn takes control, Sanders sent back to back corners for elbows. Lynn sent to the corner and turns around with a clothesline for two.
Lynn up top with a crossbody and a cover, but Don pulls the ref out and lays him out. Tornado DDT and a cover by Lynn but the ref's out. Lynn tries a full nelson but he's low blowed, then a neckbreaker, cover as a second ref arrives but it only gets two. Lynn set on the top rope and Sanders joins him, sunset flip by Lynn and Don pulls the ref out again to lay him out. Out comes Dusty to deliver Bionic Elbows to Don and send him into the rail. Lynn with a TKO, Dusty tosses the first ref in for the win. (7:40). Surprisingly good match. Did Sanders get better since WCW?
Lynn and Don leave, but Dusty's got a mic to loud chants from the crowd. He says it seems everyone's cross with everyone tonight, and wonders if him and Russo are cross with each other, because if they are he needs to know, he likes when he's cross with a cancerous man. He reminisces to 35 years ago when driving to a building like the Asylum, looking at the marquee that said "Pro Wrestling at 8PM," it didn't say there'd be a midget beating off in a trash can, what a rush that was. He agrees they need entertainment and change, but can't lose tradition.
He talks about looking in a mirror in a motel room 300 days a year, at some cheap ass dive he was sitting in, drinking his last cervesa, watching black and white TV, and the NWA Title was sticking out of his bag, he knew wrestling was real there and then. He says the guys in the back have an opportunity, he's drawing a line in the sand like the Alamo, they have a chance to grab hold of that lightning bolt before it crashes to the ground. He talks about Steamboat wrestling for an hour, 300 days a year, 7 days a week; about Jarrett wrestling three guys in 30 minutes last week, in pain and agony; or a midget beating off in a trash can. While Russo claims to be the new messiah, the new change, they blame him for business crumbling to the ground, and the guys have the chance to cross that line and become champion, instead of that midget beating off in a trash can. He says they have a choice to take traditional and make it something new, something real, something right. He says it's time to sing old songs for new people, the road goes on forever and the party never ends, so he's gonna get in his truck, haul his fat ass back to Georgia, but not before drinking a six-pack and making Russo's life a living nightmare.
Speak of the devil, out he comes who climbs onto the announce table with a mic. He says Dusty never thanked him for making Dustin a star, taking credit for creating Golddust. He admits he got goosebumps when Dusty appeared last week, butterflies in his stomach, because he grew up and idolized Dusty and Flair, but then he got into the business and got to meet Flair and the Dream and his priorities changed a little. He wanted to do two things: to shave Flair's head and humiliate him, which he did, and slap the ridiculous birthmark off Dusty's enormous gut. Dusty says he's not doing anything and tells Russo to bring his tiny ass into the ring.
Russo has an offer he can't refuse. He suggest they turn tonight's six-man tag into an eight-man tag with the two of them added. Dusty's in, says he needs no gear to whoop Russo's ass. Russo says he'll have the punk from New York on a silver platter, but he wants something in return. If him and SEX win, all titles are on the line next week and he gets to pick the challengers. Dusty's still down. He warns Dusty to be aware before leaving.
Jason Cross vs David Young
Chain wrestling to start the match, Cross getting a hurricanrana and a dropkick sends Young to the floor, then a corkscrew dive. Tornado DDT from the apron is countered with a back drop onto the apron by Young. Back in the ring, Young covers for two. Cross sent off the ropes into a clothesline for two. Crowd is dead quiet for this and commentary can't stop talking about the 8-man tag. A series of counters end with Cross hitting a Roll the Dice for two. Cross with a flip leg drop for two.
Young sent off the ropes, ducks a clothesline, Cross avoids a German and runs into a swinging facebuster for two. Cross sent to the corner, avoids a bronco buster. Cross goes up top with a swanton for two. Bullet Bob joins commentary to make some announcements; Siaki will defend against Kid Kash now, who apparently has an equalizer to deal with Desire. He's also made the 8-man tag official, stips and all. Cross gets crotched on top but gets Young with a twisting neckbreaker from the middle rope. Cross back up top and misses the 450 leg drop, walking right into a spinebuster for the win. (5:24) It wasn't even a bad match, but no one cared about it.
BG James has appeared now too and confronts Bullet Bob, now Scott gets between them. Now Konnan appears out of nowhere with a kendo stick to attack Young and Cross for some reason. Then two other guys, apparently local promoters, get in the ring to get him out and there's police officers here to take him out. What the fuck was that?
NWA X Division Championship: Sonny Siaki (c) (w/ Desire) vs Kid Kash (w/ Trinity)
Match starts with the four fighting with each other, Kash and Trinity taking control with dropkicks sending both out of the ring. Siaki returns to the ring, sends Kash off the ropes, ducks a clothesline and hits a couple of arm drags. Siaki slides out and catches Kash on a baseball slide attempt, dropping him on the guard rail, then swinging him into the side of it. Chops by Siaki, then sent into the guard rail. Kash throws a chair at Siaki's head, then they trade shots before returning to the ring. Kash up top with a leg drop gets a two.
Siaki counters an Irish whip with a belly-to-belly into the corner for two. Kash sent to the corner, gets Siaki with a boot, moonsault from the top gets two. Siaki counters an Irish whip, but Kash gets him with a brainbuster off the knee for two. Siaki with another counter, a pumphandle into a tombstone gets two. Kash sent off the ropes, gets him with a kick, springboards into a hurricanrana, then a tornado DDT, covers but Desire pulls Kash off the pin. Siaki sent off the ropes, catches Kash for a backslide attempt, but he's sent off the ropes, ducks a clothesline, misses a back elbow, Desire trips Kash, Siak-olypse Now to retain. (4:53) What was the point of having Trinity out there? And this match was way too short, did someone miss their cue or something? It was fine for what it was, but this didn't make a ton of sense.
Trinity gets in the ring and her and Desire trade shots. Trinity sent to the corner but gets her with a tornado DDT. Siaki takes her out of the ring and they retreat. Desire throws the worst looking punches.
Onto news for next week, where apparently they'll be airing in Australia for the first time. We're also gonna hear from Piper once again via video. Plus, Larry Zbyszko returns to the ring to take on AJ Styles, and three potential title matches depending on the result of the main event.
Triple X & Vince Russo vs Jeff Jarrett (NWA World Heavyweight Champion), Dusty Rhodes & The Road Warriors
If SEX wins, all titles will be on the line on the next show, with Russo picking the challengers.
Pre-Match: Now the Road Warriors are coming out Abyss' theme song, with a "What a Rush!" cut in. Russo sticking to the jersey and hockey helmet look like always. Dusty gets a mic and makes fun of him for it. There's a lot of stalling before the bell.
Jarrett and Daniels start the match. Low Ki and Skipper provide distraction allowing Dnaiels to take advantage. Jarrett sent off the ropes into a dropkick. Then some back and forth, Jarrett catches Daniels with a clothesline. Daniels sent off the ropes into a back drop. Jarrett and his partners ping pong Daniels a bit before he retreats and tags in Low Ki, and in comes Animal. Low Ki thrown easily across the ring off a lock up. Kick to the leg and a front face lock is countered by Animal, throwing him across the ring again. Low Ki sent across the ring, avoids a splash, springboards onto Animal's shoulders and planted with a sitout powerbomb. Shoulder block by Animal and boots until Elix runs in and boots him in the head.
Skipper tags in, holds up Animal and Low Ki with a dropkick to the face. Animal counters a double suplex with one of his own. Hawk tags in. Knee to the gut by Elix, sent off the ropes into a big boot and Hawk falls on his ass. Elix sent off the ropes again into a dropkick for two. Spinning heel kick nails Hawk right in the top of the head but he no sells it. Elix gets some shots in but he's sent off the ropes into a clothesline.
Gutwrench suplex by Hawk, then Jarrett tags in. Knee by Elix and a boot to the side of the head, Jarrett sent off the ropes into a drop toe hold. Jarrett draped over the middle rope and Russo gets some shots in, but Elix misses a leg drop across the back. Elix draped over the middle rope for a leg drop by Jarrett and a strut. Rights for everyone, then Jarrett goes for Russo allowing everyone to triple team. Jarrett sent into the guard rail, then Russo chokes him with a towel before tossing him back in. Daniels back in with a double front suplex for two.
Boots in the corner by Daniels and some triple teaming, then Russo chokes some more with the towel from the apron. Low Ki with some face washing with the boot, and some stomps by Elix. Front facelock by Low Ki, Jarrett tries to fight and get to his corner for a tag and does, but Elix and Daniels distract the ref so it's behind his back. Russo clubs Jarrett's back as it's more 4 on 1 in the corner. Elix tags in with a front facelock of his own now, bringing Jarrett to the mat. Jarrett fights out, sends Elix off the ropes, he avoids a dropkick. Daniels back in. Jarrett with an inside cradle but the ref keeps getting distracted.
Daniels gets a clothesline and Low Ki is in again. Jarrett sent off the ropes for a springboard front kick, then Daniels with a Boston crab as Low Ki springboards with a knee drop to the back. Daniels covers and Hawk makes the save. Daniels with rights in the corner before setting Jarrett on the top rope, shoves Daniels away, tries a double ax but he's caught. Jarrett goes for the Stroke but Daniels fights out, goes off the ropes, ducks a clothesline, then a double clothesline takes each other out.
Jarrett makes the hot tag to Dusty and Elix tags in. Elbows for everyone, then he wants Russo. Everyone else is disposed of, a Bionic Elbow for Elix and in comes Russo. While the ref is dealing with everyone on the floor, Mr. Wrestling IV comes behind and nails Dusty with what appears to be a chain. Russo pulls Elix on top for the win, much to the protest of Tenay. (11:43) I actually really liked this match, it was a good main event. The finish was rather predictable but...
Mr. Wrestling IV unmasks and it's... Nikita Koloff? I'm lost for words right now, what the fuck is going on with this show?
